AAA Global Care Foundation and PNC Continue Their Support for Prague’s Homeless

On July 22nd, 2024, the AAA Global Care Foundation once again joined forces with the Nigerian charity PNC („Praying for Nigeria and the Church“) to provide aid to Prague’s homeless community. As with the previous event, this involved distributing food and basic necessities.

Our partners from Nigeria were once again enthusiastic about contributing to improving the living conditions of homeless people in Prague. Their repeated participation is a testament to their deep interest in helping those in need and their commitment to continuing their collaboration with the AAA Global Care Foundation.

This ongoing initiative confirms that humanitarian work knows no boundaries and that solidarity and compassion are universal values that unite us across continents.

AAA Global Care Foundation a PNC Pokračují v Podpoře Pražských Bezdomovců

Dne 22. července 2024 se opět spojily síly AAA Global Care Foundation a nigerijská charita PNC („Modlitby za Nigérii a církev“), aby poskytly pomoc pražské bezdomovecké komunitě. Stejně jako při předchozí akci, i tentokrát se jednalo o distribuci jídla a základních potřeb.

Naši partneři z Nigérie byli i při této příležitosti nadšeni, že mohou přispět ke zlepšení životních podmínek lidí bez domova v Praze. Jejich opakovaná účast je důkazem hlubokého zájmu o pomoc potřebným a odhodlání pokračovat ve spolupráci s AAA Global Care Foundation.

Tato pokračující iniciativa potvrzuje, že humanitární práce nezná hranic a že solidarita a soucit jsou univerzální hodnoty, které nás spojují napříč kontinenty.

On July 3rd, 2024, the AAA Global Care Foundation, in partnership with the Nigerian charity PNC („Praying for Nigeria and the Church“), took to the streets of Prague to provide food and necessities to the city’s homeless community.

This marked the first time our partners from Nigeria had witnessed such an initiative in Prague. They were enthusiastic about participating in the Czech version of their work and interacting with the homeless population.

This collaborative effort underscores the global nature of humanitarian work and the shared commitment to helping those in need, regardless of location.

Dne 3. července 2024 se AAA Global Care Foundation ve spolupráci s nigerijskou charitou PNC („Modlitby za Nigérii a církev“) vydala do ulic Prahy, aby poskytla jídlo a základní potřeby místní bezdomovecké komunitě.

Pro naše partnery z Nigérie to byla první příležitost, kdy byli svědky takové iniciativy v Praze. Byli nadšeni, že se mohou zapojit do české verze své práce a komunikovat s lidmi bez domova.

Tato společná akce podtrhuje globální charakter humanitární práce a společné odhodlání pomáhat potřebným bez ohledu na místo.

Pastor Yomi Akinyemi reprezentoval AAAGCF a podělil se o naši vizi využití digitálních nástrojů k zesílení našeho dopadu a dosahu. Věříme, že přijetí technologií je klíčem k naplnění našeho poslání sloužit zranitelným komunitám.

The Prague European Summit is a platform for strategic dialogue on collective responses to the EU’s challenges. It brings together public officials, business and NGO representatives, academics, and journalists to discuss crucial topics such as EU leadership, security, new technologies, the digital age, current economic and foreign policy challenges, and the impact of various policies and trends on European society.

Attending this conference has deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to helping the underserved and marginalized. It has expanded my knowledge of the digital age and foreign policy challenges, particularly regarding the impact of the Ukrainian war with Russia on European society. I had the opportunity to meet incredible people who share my interests and vision. I am excited about attending more conferences like this in the future, as this was truly a rewarding experience.

Pražský evropský summit je platformou pro strategický dialog o společných reakcích na výzvy EU. Spojuje veřejné činitele, zástupce podniků a nevládních organizací, akademiky a novináře, aby diskutovali o klíčových tématech, jako je vedení EU, bezpečnost, nové technologie, digitální věk, aktuální hospodářské a zahraničněpolitické výzvy a dopad různých politik a trendů na evropskou společnost.

Účast na této konferenci prohloubila mou empatii a posílila mé odhodlání pomáhat znevýhodněným a marginalizovaným skupinám. Rozšířila mé znalosti o digitálním věku a zahraničněpolitických výzvách, zejména pokud jde o dopad války na Ukrajině na evropskou společnost. Měla jsem příležitost setkat se s neuvěřitelnými lidmi, kteří sdílejí mé zájmy a vize. Těším se na účast na dalších podobných konferencích v budoucnu, protože to byla opravdu obohacující zkušenost.

LEGO For Children of Prague

After bringing smiles to the faces of children in need at the Prague Children’s Home, the AAA Global Care Foundation took its LEGO mission to the streets last week. Imagine the surprise and delight as kids out and about were suddenly gifted awesome LEGO sets!

This spontaneous act of kindness wasn’t just about the toys, but about spreading a little magic in unexpected places. We believe play is essential for every child, sparking creativity and bringing joy even in challenging circumstances.

Watching those faces light up as they received their LEGO treasures was a reminder of the simple things that matter. We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring a little bit of fun to the streets of Prague, one LEGO brick at a time.

Po tom, co jsme vykouzlili úsměvy na tvářích dětí v dětském domově v Praze, se minulý týden Nadace AAA Global Care vydala s naší LEGO misí do ulic. Představte si překvapení a radost, když děti, které byly venku, najednou dostaly úžasné LEGO sady!

Tento spontánní akt laskavosti nebyl jen o hračkách, ale o šíření trochu kouzla na nečekaných místech. Věříme, že hraní je pro každé dítě zásadní, podněcuje kreativitu a přináší radost i v náročných situacích.

Pozorovat ty rozzářené tváře, když dostávaly své LEGO poklady, bylo připomínkou jednoduchých věcí, na kterých záleží. Jsme vděční za příležitost přinést trochu zábavy do ulic Prahy, jednu LEGO kostku po druhé.

Benny, We Share Your Pain

Last Friday, 7th June 2024, on our usual grocery run for the homeless, we met Benny. He’s down on his luck, but his spirit is strong. We reminded him: „Benny! You’re loved and hope you’ll get back on your feet as soon as possible. We share your pain.“

At AAA Global Care, we know hard times hit anyone. We offer food, but also hope. We believe even when life’s tough, things can turn around.

We’ll keep helping Benny and others, so they can stand tall again.

To everyone struggling: You’re not alone. There’s always hope.

Minulý pátek, během naší obvyklé distribuce potravin pro lidi bez domova, jsme potkali Bennyho. Má teď těžké období, ale jeho duch je silný. Připomněli jsme mu: „Benny! Jsi milovaný a doufáme, že se co nejdříve postavíš na vlastní nohy. Sdílíme tvou bolest.“

V AAA Global Care víme, že těžké časy mohou potkat každého. Nabízíme jídlo, ale také naději. Věříme, že i když je život těžký, věci se mohou obrátit k lepšímu.

Budeme i nadále pomáhat Bennymu a dalším, aby mohli znovu stát na vlastních nohou.

Všem, kteří bojují: Nejste sami. Vždy existuje naděje.

On May 31st, Pastor Yomi of AAA Global Care Foundation attended African Day in Prague. The event, hosted at a Brazilian restaurant, aimed to bring together Africans and Latin Americans in the city. Diplomats, including the Ambassador for Cuba and the Tunisian Ambassador, were also in attendance. The event was organised by Humanitas Afrika.

31 května se pastor Yomi z nadace AAA Global Care Foundation zúčastnil Dne Afriky v Praze. Akce, která se konala v brazilské restauraci, měla za cíl spojit Afričany a Latinoameričany žijící v Praze. Mezi účastníky byli i diplomaté, včetně velvyslance Kuby a Tuniska. Akci uspořádala organizace Humanitas Afrika.

    17th May – Lego and Laughter at Prague Children’s Home

    On a sunny May 17th, the AAA Global Care Foundation brought joy and smiles to a local children’s home in Prague. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we were able to deliver boxes filled with colorful Lego sets, sparking creativity and imagination in the children’s eyes. Their faces lit up with excitement as they opened the packages, eager to embark on building adventures.

    Of course, our visit wouldn’t be complete without our regular delivery of groceries. We are committed to ensuring the children have access to nutritious food and essential supplies, thanks to the ongoing cooperation of the Prague 7 City Council.

    The pure happiness on the children’s faces as they played with their new Lego sets was a heartwarming sight. We are grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact in their lives, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to this special day.

    Slunečného 17. května přinesla Nadace AAA Global Care radost a úsměvy do místního dětského domova v Praze. Díky štědrosti našich dárců jsme mohli dětem předat krabice plné barevných Lego setů, které zažehly jiskru kreativity a představivosti v jejich očích. Jejich tváře se rozzářily nadšením, když otevíraly balíčky, dychtivé pustit se do stavitelských dobrodružství.

    Naše návštěva by samozřejmě nebyla úplná bez naší pravidelné dodávky potravin. Díky pokračující spolupráci s radnicí Prahy 7 se snažíme zajistit, aby děti měly přístup k výživným potravinám a základním potřebám.

    Čistá radost na tvářích dětí, když si hrály se svými novými Lego sadami, byla srdcervoucím pohledem. Jsme vděční za příležitost pozitivně ovlivnit jejich životy a srdečně děkujeme všem, kteří přispěli k tomuto zvláštnímu dni.

    16th May – AAA Global Care Foundation makes Mobile Phone Donations

On May 16th, phones were donated to https://mistnimistnim.cz MÍSTNÍ MÍSTNÍM (Locals for Locals), a non-profit organization focused on directly helping people in the community.     The foundation continued its support by donating another collection of mobile phones to the Salvation Army in Prague 7 on May 20th. These phones will be distributed to individuals facing challenging circumstances, enabling them to stay connected and access essential resources.
